Chapter 21
Prologue
Behind the royal castle is a royal settlement. From there, in turn, there are important rooms for the castle, such as during the sight and in the conference room – there is a laboratory in that section.
The lord of the room is Tristan and his assistant Lynette.
Tristan is the exclusive deacon of King’s brother, and Lynette is the Viscount Lady.
Nevertheless, Tristan is not just a butler. Scouted over the royal family as a student, he has earned the honorary aristocracy equivalent of a baron for his various accomplishments from it.
Generation-only, but named for the lower nobility.
In addition, while this country is aristocratic, it also has a capacitarian part. Therefore, it is not so unusual that Tristan is the lord of the institute and Lynette is the assistant.
But there’s a lab at the top of the Royal Castle. That point was heterogeneous even from the surroundings, indicating that Tristan was being treated specially.
“Dr. Tristan, you’re going to do all the research without even eating dinner again, and you’re going to break your body, okay? Look, we’ve got a meal for you, so take a break.”
“Oh, was it this time already? You annoy Lynette.”
As Tristan stopped her hand and raised her face, for some reason Lynette had her hand on her hips in dissatisfaction.
“… what’s wrong?
“What’s wrong, Doctor, isn’t it? Aren’t you saying you don’t have to use respectful language like you did when you were a student?”
“Anyway, if you were a student, you wouldn’t be able to imitate that to your lady, who is also a debutant”
“Oh, now I’m your assistant, or student, am I? Or are you afraid you can make unwanted rumors around you? Is it better to be Dr. Tristan?
He scratches up his red hair and looks down at Tristan in a provocative manner.
That invitation-like attitude is reminiscent of the Tristan Pushed Player. Tristan’s reckoned players have a strong desire to be compelled by him.
Tristan scratched his head gassy and stood up, putting his hand on Lynette’s shoulder and his face.
“Damn, I said it’s a boring provocation. Just gather the results of the study. I have to finish by the end of the day…. Oh, you’re skipping because you want to be punished?
” ”
Lynette gets bored and bright red.
“Damn. If you want to be punished (…), just go”
I slapped Lynette on the back and drove her out of the room. After dropping her off, Tristan scratches her head again and sighs.
Then as I was eating Lynette’s prepared meal, the man in the room came.
“Tristan, how’s the research coming along?
“I’m sorry. We’re doing everything we can, but it’s not fragrant.”
“Well… I still can’t escape my destiny”
Between the man’s eyebrows, another wrinkle was engraved. The wrinkle is engraved only in the number of his afflictions. He was beaten by the irrationality of the world and looked terribly sad.
“I’m sorry. If only I had a little more knowledge…”
“There will be no place on this continent to say anything, such as those who transcend their wisdom. I can’t blame you for not being able to.”
That’s a word overflowing from the back of my mind.
Not only is Tristan an excellent butler, but he has the kind of knowledge that no one else knows. Without him, a man could not even resist his fate.
If it was impossible for Tristan, there was certainty that no one else could.
But…
“Only one person knows who will defeat this fate.”
What was told from Tristan’s mouth was to overshadow a man’s expectations.
“Do you know who will defeat your destiny?
“Yes, I was silent to be uncertain information at the moment… it’s possible”
It’s a light of hope a man won’t wish for.
But the man didn’t jump to that hope. I know too much of the darkness of this world to be innocently pleased. So he said, “Can you trust that person?” and be vigilant.
“There is no scope for speculation yet. Therefore, as well as having enough knowledge to defeat our destiny, we will also see if we can trust someone.”
I’m talking about Cyril. He is probably a reincarnator and also a person trying to save Sophia, who is supposed to be executed as a villain’s warrant.
But that’s not necessarily why he’s a good guy.
If you don’t consider the possibility of being a reincarnator, you can assure me that you are a very good butler. But if you consider yourself a reincarnator, you see another possibility.
He saved Sophia the villain warrant lady and also saved Alicia, whom the prince was supposed to save at the party. If you were a reincarnator, you would have expected to favor heroines and villain warrants.
Nevertheless, Cyril is taking away the heart of saving a woman there. If the reincarnated person is a man, it is not surprising that his purpose was the formation of the harem.
In that case, he would be false in purpose and nature.
Therefore, we can’t show this weakness poorly. Because it is possible that this one could be exploited unilaterally, using information that is not possible.
At least we need to know in advance if he has the information we want.
“There is no certainty at the moment, and it may make you happy…”
“Good. What I fear is that the light of hope goes out. I can’t give up while I have hope. Tell me what to do. If it’s my life, I’ll give it to you.”
“Well, I’d like your permission for one thing”
“Permission? What permission?”
“It’s…”
To Tristan’s offer, he looked like a man who said he would even give his life chewed up a bitter bug.
◆ ◆ ◆
A few days after receiving the call from the King.
Me and the lady had the same routine.
I said no change – but it’s not like there’s no change to the perimeter.
There is no external leak that the lady turned into a queen and scolded the prince or his surroundings. However, the lady and the prince and surroundings left school at the same time, and the surroundings left voluntarily.
Moreover, it has been witnessed many times where the two were involved with the lady.
Don’t think about it – it’s harder.
Rumors are circulating that a lady who has reached the limits of her patience has used her parents’ power to eliminate the two surrounding princes.
It should be noted that, in fact, he has exposed the vices of his surrounding parents and driven them to ruin. Around the area where rumors are more important than reality, you can see how outrageous what the lady has done.
The facts are not yet in the bright light, but it will eventually become widespread that the surrounding two, as well as the Earl of Arle, are being detained and investigated.
That way, I don’t know how the electorate would react. I think most people think evil is unacceptable in the same electorate, but there will also appear those who are hostile to the lady.
It is unlikely that the status of a lady who is a marquise will be threatened, but there is a ruined route in the game where the electorate has sinned against her. We will need to consolidate the scaffolding as soon as possible.
One day I was thinking that way, at the end of class, Dr. Tristan called me.
“Can I help you?
“Oh, I thought I’d let you know one thing. Actually, the student council is seriously understaffed right now. So a white feather arrow stood for you and Lady Sophia, an excellent year.”
“Student Council, is…?
During the making, the second prince had partitioned the student council of the higher ministry.
Even when it comes to student councils, not so much authority is given. For example, distributing part costs, deciding what to do next, doing security in the school – I don’t do that.
There was a portrayal of doing paperwork, but it’s basically part of the faction. In other words, the student council in the making is not an exaggeration when it comes to His Highness’s faction.
It’s just that it’s only under construction, three years from now in the High Department.
His Royal Highness Alforce has never heard of his current affiliation with the Student Council. On the contrary, I didn’t even know there was a student council in this middle office.
It doesn’t seem like a faction to say it’s understaffed…
“Who is partitioning the student council?
“Don’t worry. The current student chairman should feel comfortable with you and Lady Sophia.”
I look into Dr. Tristan’s eyes and explore his sincerity.
It wouldn’t be a lie to say that I feel comfortable -. But even if you’re right, it should include extraneous meanings. At least, you can’t be unaware that this one wants to know his or her identity.
Dr. Tristan dared to ask this question.
The question is, why did he snatch the name of the student chairman?
It’s likely just a coincidence if you’re a normal person. But he was a legendary butler pulled out by royalty as a student. That’s what he gave the intent and uneven answer to my question.
There must be some kind of thought there.
But I just didn’t know about the student council, and if I wanted to know, I’d know what I could. I don’t know why I dare lay it down.
Is that what I’m interested in, or…
“It’s interesting that you and the lady feel comfortable. It’s up to the lady to decide whether or not to take that story, but keep it in mind.”
I cut the story off ignoring the discomfort. Because I thought the purpose might be to attract my interest and bring it into the search for my belly.
“That’s it,” Dr. Tristan exhaled with a small breath.
I broke up with Dr. Tristan, and I immediately asked the people around me about the student council.
The chairman’s name is Fol.
I’m talking about a girl on the edge of an Earl’s house.
The edge is probably the daughter of a civilian with the Count family behind her back.
Knobless Oblige.
As a duty of nobility, there is a custom of raising good civilians. In fact, there are a lot of things about adopting her and using her as a tool for political marriage… but she seems to have obscured the information around it.
At last, it’s the same name that my daughter and I used to dance as partners in the exams. Probably the same person because the appearance characteristics were the same.
I just don’t see why Dr. Tristan was reluctant to mention that the student chairman was Fol.
If you consider a student council a faction, it is unnatural to have one civilian daughter, but you are not uncomfortable with the very fact that a girl good enough to gain the back shield of the nobility acts as a student council.
At least there shouldn’t be enough reason for Dr. Tristan to be reluctant to say.
Were you a little too alert because they were that Tristan? No, it’s premature to judge that. You might know something if you meet with Foll, and let’s put it on hold for one second.
– That’s why I ask the lady if she’s willing to ride on the student council thing.
But Lady Sophia blinked Amethyst’s eyes. She had talked to me about joining the student council for the class, and at that time she heard a different story.
“The Student Council is not looking for members, is it?
“Yes, it seems that Mr. Folle has been running the student council alone for a long time, and he hasn’t recruited a single member since then.”
“I see, that’s odd”
I can say that there is one member, that is, less manpower. But if you’re not looking for a member, it’s hard to say you’re understaffed.
I wonder where the hell the story of me and the lady joining the student council came from?
If Dr. Tristan was mistaken, it would have been quick to talk – after school that day, the lady was invited by the Student Council, through her class tenure.
Even though I was invited, I wasn’t told what to do. Actually, there’s a possibility that it’s another matter… but the lady seems to think it’s a student council meeting.
Glossy platinum blondes are jumping as they walk on the road to the student club room.
“Does the lady want to join the student council?
“Hehe, would you like to know why I want to join the student council?
“If you can tell me, I’d love to”
“No, I won’t tell Cyril”
The flirtatious, laughing lady is a little wussy. But if the lady wants to join the student council, I’ll stand around in that direction, too.
Even to avoid ruin, it’s not a bad idea to go into a student council and consolidate a lady’s scaffold. Foll was also a well-populated girl and there would be no problem.
That’s what I was thinking.
“I don’t need you.”
Office of the Student Council Office. Only materials line the shelves on the walls. The other side of the system desk placed in the front of such a simple room. Fol’s blue eyes looking up at this one were cold as ice.
Fol says to us, “I’m sorry I asked you to come, but that’s why you’re going home.”
“Please wait. I was diagnosed with student union membership by my teacher. If you say you don’t need to, you can’t go home without at least asking why.”
Sophia, the lady demands an explanation in a calm tone.
But…
“Reason? Right. It means that neither the lady who gets into school and makes a scene in a few months, nor the servant who can’t stop it, will be needed by my student council.”
It’s hard words that came back. Given the school rules, she’s the one on the lookout, but it was not much of an attitude to say to Lady Sophia, who respects Fol as an upper class.
Besides, it includes criticism of me.
Sophia, I was afraid that the lady would go mad, but she kept smiling.
“You think you’re going to ride such an outspoken provocation?
“Provocation? I’m just telling you the truth.”
“Really? If so, shouldn’t you try to see if I or Cyril can actually use it? Or do you swallow people’s rumors?
Ooh. I did, but what I’m saying is tough. The same goes for asking Fol if he’s incompetent to peddle rumors.
Fol also has trouble responding to this.
In fact, there’s no way that my senior student, Fol, is looking at me or your daughter’s usual odds. What she saw, rather, was the lady who showed her strength in the dance exam and me who saved your daughter.
Yet it is impossible to decide that you are incompetent.
In the first place, when we met, it was favorable.
Even if I breathed in that there was never another person, if it was her, I would try to confirm it with my own eyes. Whatever you think, it’s unnatural to respond to the exasperation.
Sophia, the lady who saw it through, stares softly at Folle. Eventually, he scratched up his pink gold hair as if Foll had taken root.
“Why would Mr. Sophia want to join a student council?
“Because I think student union membership is a shortcut in order to achieve a certain purpose”
I guess there’s a reason you don’t want us in the student council to look at Foll’s attitude. I think the lady realizes that, too, but she doesn’t seem willing to give up joining the student council.
Foll, with a troubled face, exhales again.
“Do you really want to join the student council? You have a senior like me who doesn’t like you?
“Me, I’m going to have eyes on people. Besides… you’re just like Cyril.”
“After so much interaction, he said it was similar…”
They turned a gaze like they were going to explore. I don’t know. I feel like I’ve been called into suspicion.
“Oh no. Cyril is very sweet, but she thinks for me, and sometimes she says things that are idyllic. So I think there’s a reason for Mr. Foll’s provocation.”
“… I see. I don’t care how much you provoke.”
Foll exhaled small – looking straight at Lady Sophia.
“Okay. If you say so much, I’ll give you a test to see if the student council deserves it. However, the contents of the test will be announced at a later date. And I’ll decide if I pass or not.”
It’s a mess.
Worst of all, it is possible that by tomorrow you will be able to plug the challenge of unifying the continent, and even if you successfully do the exam, you will be able to fail in one of Foll’s moods.
It’s harder to win a pass than Foll doesn’t want to join our student council.
– But, Sophia, the lady looks at me. Even more beautiful than the jewels, the eyes of an amethyst complain with all their might that they want to take the exam.
I guess that’s all the thoughts the lady has. It doesn’t make it possible to do something impossible as a dedicated butler, but I have a chance right now.
So I snorted.
I saw it, Sophia. It looked like the lady’s mouth moved ‘Thank you, Cyril’.
And…
“I have no objection. I will pass the exam, me and Cyril, and I will show it to you.”
I raised her, and she smiled like a blooming rose.
